OOTD | 10.11.13





Top: Topshop // Riding Pants: American Apparel // Cardigan (underneath coat): Topshop // Coat: Oh My Love // Boots: New Look // Scarf: H&M

When I went to Brighton I did something very naughty and splurged on a pair of riding pants from American Apparel. I've got some totally justified reasons for buying them though! I sold a pair of boots on eBay, which essentially paid for them, I also got 10% student discount too, which made them £7 cheaper and I will wear them to death too. Totally justified. I paired them with my favourite striped top from Topshop. I love wearing stripes, and I love the look of them with the high waisted fit of the riding pants. Over the top I wore my coat from Oh My Love, which I had been neglecting until I rediscovered my love for it yesterday. My tartan scarf has come back out, I wore it loads last year, it keeps me so warm and adds some colour to my outfit. Finally, my New Look cut out boots are making an appearance in an outfit post, I've been wearing to death because I love them so much. The gold hardware on the boots always goes really well with my gold chain and belt with gold buckle that I keep wearing lately!

    This outfit is literally perfect! Ithis is exactly what I wear 24/7, I've been after some Riding Pants as I have the dupe ones from topshop but have been lusting after the real ones! Maybe on my Christmas list after seeing these, they look gorgeous on you! Plus we have the same boots, and aargh they look perfect together.! Woaa, long comment, sorry!

      Aw thankyou so much ellie you're such a babe! I can't tell you how amazing they are, definitely worth the money, I'm wearing them to death already and I bet you would too, as they're so versatile! Haha we can be twins now with our matching boots and if you get the riding pants :')
